The Departed (2006): The missions of the two moles take us on a heartfelt adventure as they both fight to preserve their lives after being detected. mobster Frank and is now a mole for the police. On the other hand, Billy Costigan (Leonardo Dicaprio) is also recruited as a mole for the organized crime before graduating from the police academy. As he feels thrilled, he foregoes his studies and ends up in prison to for a higher credibility.
As they both perfectly fit into their roles as the moles, they enter into a triangle of an affair, power and recognition. A run up takes place where each of them gets to know that they are moles and this sets their feelings towards another on the different level. Though the two now hold grudges, they are always ready to help each other in case of any trouble.
But with one move, they are both discovered by the organization that they are moles. Each one’s identity must be disclosed and they are now going down as traitors. These men are cruel and monsters and are unwilling to let them go.
The Departed (2006)
At the age of 26, Travis Bickle gets out of the US marine army in total respect. He is a humble guy and generally attractive. Now he has to make a new living and he decides to become a taxi driver in the New York City, filled with its own troubles and different ways of living. He decides to drive in the night due to his chronic insomnia and apart from driving his clients, he enjoys porn movies plus a diary that he walks around with.
Since Travis has a lot of time for himself, he ventures into watching over the town during the night and day, witnessing all types of crimes and prostitution in the night. In no time, he becomes interested in a politician and when they get to know each other, he takes her out to watch a porn movie and she becomes disgusted. She leaves never to talk to Travis again, despite Travis’ efforts.
Talking to another driver, Travis is encouraged to acquire a gun from a dealer and Travis now begins on a dangerous path in his life.
Taxi Driver (1976)
A boxing promoter (Jason Statham) finds himself in the middle of dangerous and hungry wolves which puts his life in danger.
In a boxing match taking place, it seems like every one’s mind is allured, especially for our friend Turkish and his gang. When their boxer gets badly beaten by Mickey, they get another alternative that brings Mickey into their deal of fighting for them. They also encourage him to lose and while they are all taken up, their precious diamond gets stolen.
Franky must head to London to find a popular diamond dealer Doug. The period is filled with panic and at least everyone is trying to come up with a solution. One of the advisors tells Franky to acquire a gun from Boris, who is an ex-KGB agent. Boris is also trying to steal the diamond before he handles it over to Doug.
Just as it is called snatch, whoever hears about the precious diamond wants to snatch it from the owner. Funny occasions lead to another while many are losing their lives just because of the diamond. The power exposed by the gangsters in a major battle of retrieving the diamond won’t go unnoticed.
During 1929 in Chicago, Joe (Tony Curtis) is a Jazz saxophone player and as well as a ladies man. His partner Jerry (Jack Lemmon) is a jazz double bass player both working in a speakeasy in disguise. Charlie is ambushed afterwards by Spats and he is killed. Joe and Jerry flee and then join sweet sue with her group disguising themselves as women.
They become Josephine and Daphne and as they board a train for their next performance, they spot Sugar Kane (Marilyn Monroe), who is the band’s main vocalist and Ukelele player. Josephine and Daphne become allured and they both want Sugar. They begin fighting among themselves to win her over. In all they have to do, they must remember to keep themselves as women. Joe particularly goes an extra mile to win over sugar after learning that sugar is no longer interested in saxophone players ever since she got broken hearted by them in the past. This makes Joe to work harder for sugar. Joe goes ahead to pretend that he is a wealthy man in Miami
Some Like It Hot (1959)
In 1935, Paul is an officer at a certain Penitentiary where he meets one of the greatest challenges in his life. He is given the responsibility of guarding death row criminals, but he himself is not that good health wise. He has a severe bladder infection. Worst of all, he is a black guy known to have a mental problem.
Percy is one of the death row fellows, who is so cruel and abusive, whereas Arlen on the other hand is somehow a friendly fellow. Along with the other death row fellows, Paul is treated to one of the greatest experiences in his life. John Coffey is discovered with supernatural powers and he practices them on Paul. Paul gets healed from in bladder infection. John goes ahead to heal Melinda Moores a woman with a brain tumor, things become unbelievable when John resurrects Mr. Jingles. But there is someone who won’t escape; Percy is made to get obsessed with all the evil powers and afflictions. Though all that happens will John escape the charges that are leading him to his grave?
The Green Mile (1999)
All that Driss cares about right now is getting his letter signed in order to continue receiving his welfare benefits. He meets Phillipe, a very rich man who is interviewing candidates for a job as his caregiver. Driss joins the candidates, but doesn’t want to get hired. He is told to come back the next day, which he does.
Well, Driss is good at his care giving skills and is a friend one would wish to have. Mr. Phillipe is a disabled man, but Driss completely him even though he has his riches and an adopted daughter.
Mr. Phillipe gets to tell Driss of how he got disabled in a car accident that claimed his wife’s life before she could produce any child for him. A friend of Mr. Phillipe warns him about Driss’s criminal history, but Mr. Phillipe is not interested in all that. All he knows is that Driss is the right man he needs. Within no time, Driss changes the lives of those around him in Mr. Phillipe’s mansion proving to be more than a just a black servant
The Intouchables (2011)
Just like humans, also the animal kingdom is filled with battles and a yearning for power. Deep down in Africa, a newborn son Simba is born and is to be the heir to the throne. He is presented by his father Mufasa to the other chiefs. He is the father’s pride and beloved. As Simba grows up, his father Mufasa shows him around the village and tells him of the responsibilities he will have to carry when he grows up.
Scar is the angry lion for the throne and when he makes a second attempt to kill Mufasa and his son, Mufasa dies while rescuing Simba. Scar then convinces Simba to flee since it had been his fault that his dad landed in a pit.
Stressed Simba flees and grows up with other friends who like him alot. Simba enjoys life with the new found family, but at the right time, fate intervenes and he must choose to leave them and go back to his kingdom which is now ruled by a cruel king. But is he fit to lead his people?
The Lion King (1994)
The Tomainian army loses at the end of World War I. During the war, a Jewish barber is able to save a pilot’s life, Schultz, but the barber loses his memory in action. Twenty years later, Schultz is the head of a ghetto, in which many Jewish people live. This is during the regime of a cruel dictator Adenoid Hynkel, who wants to wipe all Jewish people from the face of the earth.
Eventually, the Jewish barber escapes from the hospital where he had been hospitalized since the end of WWI. As the Jewish people are being slaughtered every day, the barber survives persecution when Schultz intervenes.
Adenoid Hynkel is very ambitious and has plans to colonize the whole world one day if possible. His desires push him to borrow money from a Jewish banker, and when the banker refuses, he is sent to a camp. Adenoid Hynkel is forced to order for a slaughter of the Jewish people. Schultz refuses to conduct such an inhuman act and he is stripped of all his powers. He is sent to a camp from he escapes and returns to the barber. A war later breaks out between Hynkel, Schultz and the barber
The Great Dictator (1940)
In a period described as survival for the fetus, we get to know about Angel eyes (the bad), who is a contract killer. He would do it as long as you have paid him or willing to complete the payment in time. We then see Blondie (the good), who is a talented gunslinger trying to make ends meet. There is also Tuco (the ugly), who is trying to run away from authorities because of his crimes.
As Tuco tries to track Blondie, they both find a carriage full of dead men, but one of them is still breathing. As they try to communicate to him, he discloses about the gold that they had hid in a grave in a certain cemetery. As he still continues with the conversation, the man dies. Tuco and Blondie embark on finding the cemetery and the grave respectively.
The same man who told Tuco and Blondie about the gold is this side hunted by Angel eyes, who learns about Tuco and Blondie’s next deal. He sets out to search for them.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966)
Sir Wilfrid Robarts is a well-known barrister for the poor or the underprivileged. After being bedridden for some time, he thinks that his duty is much more important than being down in his bed. Despite his nurse’s disapproval and objections, Sir Wilfrid comes back in full swing and this time, he is to take on a bigger case which might worsen his heart’s condition.
It is suspected that Leonard killed the woman since she was rich, old and a window in order to take her wealth. The accusers believe that Leonard wanted to have a significant part in Mrs. Emily French’s will. As substantial evidence is generated, it only points to Leonard as the murderer.
Even though that is the case, Sir Wilfrid believes that Vole is innocent and goes ahead to prove his judgment. He reaches out to Vole’s German wife Christine, who seems reserved about the matter, but Sir Wilfrid manages to get vital evidence as he talks with her. Sir Wilfrid has to continue with the case that might be taking him down.
Witness for the Prosecution (1957)
Movie: Vertigo (1958) It so happens that John “Scottie” Ferguson retires from his job as a San Francisco detective after a terrible experience at a rooftop run. His vertigo and fear of heights lead to the death of a policeman and Scottie is left in a dilemma. Scottie decides to face and overcome his troubles, but there is no result and instead, his friend and ex-lover another terrible experience might be the solution.
Scottie agrees to carry on with the plan despite his emotional fears and struggles. On the first day, Scottie follows Madeleine from one place to another and she is totally unaware. On the next day, Scottie does the same and as Madeleine falls into some kind of struggle, Scottie jumps in to rescue her and from there, the two get to know each other.
These two meet up the next day and spend the day together. Their relationship blossoms and at this point, they all seem to have forgotten their struggles in life. But where will it end, since Gavin asked Scottie to follow his wife after being suspicious of her potential to commit suicide?
Movie:The Usual Suspects (1995) Quite an interesting movie that will keep you off the chair finding answers. After a truck is hijacked in New York, suspects are arrested. They are then brought in for a court session, but they plead innocent. They are released and instead plan to revenge the police that pulled them into that mess. Fortunately, their revenge carried out in a form of an operation goes successfully and they are totally satisfied.
A sudden hit is felt, that one of the formerly well-known criminal Keyser Soze must have had a part in their previous arrest. As they look deeper into their lives and the activities they have been doing, it comes clear that Keyser Soze is seeking revenge for their misdeeds to the Turkish crime Lord. In their search to really understand and know who Keyser Soze a Turkish crime Lord is, they enter into bigger ambushes and critical situations.
They continue to find safety, but the mission is soon declared impossible. Will they survive from someone they don’t understand?
The Usual Suspects (1995)

One day, On the first approach, WALL-E shows no interest in EVE and wholly hates her, but as more days pass by, WALL-E falls in love with EVE. WALL-E then shows EVE his new seedling he had got somewhere.
Later on, EVE takes the WALL-E’s seedling and suddenly freeze or rather becomes deactivated. WALL-E becomes confused and entirely doesn’t know what to do with EVE who had just appeared in his life. He is now left to protect and shield EVE from the storms and other harsh conditions until when a big ship comes to take back EVE from the earth
Movie: To Kill a Mockingbird (1962) In Alabama during the early 1930s, there lives a man Atticus, who now lives with his two children Jem and Scout after his wife’s death. He is a town lawyer with no prejudice or discrimination and totally respects everyone regardless of his or her status. He is also a good father and very tolerant. He lets his children call him by his first name and is totally and gives them freedom of exploring the whole town.
Due to the freedom, Jem and Scout get close to their neighbor Arthur “Boo” Radley. As that is not enough, they also get exposed to the bad habits in their town, since it is characterized by poverty and all sorts of things.
It is not long enough when their father is tasked by the local judge to defend Tom Robinson, a black man accused of raping a white woman. In the court, people gather up forming a big mob, but Atticus is completely unaware of their motive and purpose. A series of attacks arise as Atticus defends the black man who is seen as a minority
To Kill a Mockingbird (1962)
As the bandits survey and approach a certain village, their leader decides to spare the village since they had once raided it. He tells them to spare it until the harvest is over. As they make their plans, one of the hidden farmers hears them and runs to the village elder and a miller Gisaku for advice.
When one Samurai is met, he goes to collect others to help the village. They decide that they will train the whole village how to fight and in return, they will be given three meals in a day. When they arrive at the village, they find that all the people are indoors, and they call this a sign of disrespect. One of them rings the village alarm bell and all of them get out of their houses. The Samurai become happy over this, and they immediately start training together for the battle that is coming. The two groups manage to overcome challenges among themselves and as they get along, we see episodes of love, lust, and patriotism.

Seven Samurai (1954)
In 1994, June 6, it is early morning when the American soldiers engage in the Normandy invasion on the Omaha Beach and in the process, they suffer heavy losses as they try to put down the German soldiers.
After the battle, it is confirmed that two brothers have been killed during the battle. As that is not enough, back in New Guinea, one of the brothers was also killed during a war. This means that 3 brothers are dead. It comes to the hardest part of informing their mother, Mrs. Ryan which looks like she will receive 3 letters informing her of her children’s death.
To work on the situation, the chief of staff George C. Marshall of the United States Army is given a chance to reduce on the grief that the woman will feel after it is known that there is a fourth brother called Private James Ryan somewhere.
He then sends out eight men to find and collect Private James Ryan back to his mother as the next plan is amended. It is left to be known how the mother and the alive brother will handle the situation.
Saving Private Ryan (1998)
Back in the time of 1927, Don Lockwood is a humble film star with several talents like dancing, Stunting, and singing. There is also Lina Lamont, who is the leading lady in the Monumental Pictures Studio where Don is the leading male character. On stage, they a couple and so are they off stage, but Don looks like he is only into it because of his love for drama and the acting talent.
For Lina, she believes that their relationship is real yet Don can’t even stand her for one moment. As they move ahead with their new plans, the movie production is faced with many difficulties including Lina’s poor voice. Despite the intense training that Lina gets, there is no change that goes on and on stage, Don continuously says “I love you to Lina again and again. The microphones were also poorly set and the whole thing is a disaster.
Things become worse when she learns that R.F Simpson is planning to give Kathy a screen credit, a person who is in between Don and Lina.
Singin’ in the Rain (1952)
Schindler’s List is based on a true story of Oskar Schindler, who worked and managed to rescue about 1100 Jews from being killed at the Auschwitz concentration camp. During the World War II, the Germans forced the local Polish Jews to live in Krakow Ghetto which was overcrowded with no basic needs.
A native German, called Oskar Schindler enters the city with a major aim of accumulating wealth. As a member of the Nazi party, he extends bribes to the German armed forces and the SS officials and then acquires a factory to produce enamelware. For effectiveness, he enlists some characters and among them is Itzhak Stern, who is a local Jewish official with connections with the Jewish business community and the black marketers.
In this way, many people survive being taken to the camps. When Amon Goth arrives at the camp, he directs that it must be dissolved and many are shot dead. Oskar Schindler manages to witness the massacre and is truly touched by the act. He notices a young girl who is still alive among the dead bodies. This opens Schindler’s mind and his focus turns to saving more lives as possible while keeping a good relationship he has with the Nazi party
Schindler’s List (1993)
Joining efforts to hunt down a serial killer who is lost in his own beliefs that his acts are a sign of absolution, two powerful detectives must explore the darkest part of this unknown killer to find many reasons. Detective Somerset (Morgan Freeman) and Mills (Brad Pitt) are the greatest detectives who manage to discover part of the serial killer’s technique after the evidence they collect at a previous scene. The serial killer uses the seven deadly sins to punish those he wishes.
The two detectives investigate a couple of murders that include an obese man who is believed to have been forced to eat until his stomach burst, a defense attorney, who died due to severe bloodletting and the removal of some flesh.
John Doe goes to graphically illustrate the killer’s intentions with the sins. Detective Somerset goes ahead to learn more about the seven deadly sins while detective Mills strive hard to enter into the killer’s mind. To look back, detective Somerset describes the obese man’s death as gluttony and the rich defense attorney as greed.
Randle McMurphy is a perpetual criminal who is now charged with rape. He is sentenced to prison for raping a 15-year-old girl, he pleads sanity and he is soon sent to a mental hospital. He does this with an aim of spending his term in a favorable environment than doing hard manual labour.
Upon his arrival, Randle McMurphy is shocked at the way Nurse Ratched treats the patients. She is so strict, intimidating, forceful, and has an aggressive character. Randle McMurphy meets all sorts of patients in the hospital and mobilizes them to become rebellious. When Nurse Ratched witnesses this, the two enter into a fight and McMurphy steals the hospital bus escaping with several patients. He tells them to be strong and confident as they go for fishing.
McMurphy comes to his senses and learns that his punishment would be bigger than he ever imagined and might spend the rest of his life in jail. He then plans with Bromden, one of the escapees, but the plan involves these two going back to the hospital to face it rough with Nurse Ratched.
One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975)
General Mireau of the French army is asked to lead his team into a dangerous war almost a suicide against the German soldiers. General Mireau initially refuses, but when he is informed of a possible promotion, he thinks about it and then accepts to lead his men.
General Mireau then leaves the war plans to his Colonel Dax yet Dax is against it since it presents a possibility of weakening the French soldiers
During the night, a drunken lieutenant (Roget) sends one of his soldiers to look out for any enemy as others sleep. Lieutenant Roget keeps on waiting for the scout to come back and with fear; he holds a grenade and runs to get the scout.
The next morning, the battle at the Anthill has to go on and as it proceeds, group A is led into battle by Dax and as most of them are injured, group B must come in, but they refuse. General Mireau instructs them to join the war, but the commander fails to send off group B. As Dax comes to fetch them, he is put down by a dead body of a French soldier
Paths of Glory (1957)
Marion Crane is a real estate secretary, who has a boyfriend called Sam Loomis in California. The two want to get married, but the only thing keeping them wait is Sam’s debt. When Marion returns to her work, her boss’s client drops off $40,000 and instructs her to give it to her boss
When Marion leaves her workplace, she goes straight to her home, packs her bags and runs away with the money to meet her boyfriend. As she leaves the town, her boss spots her and she immediately gets nervous. Along the way, she is spotted by a police officer who instructs her to pull over. The police officer recognizes her nervous looks, but lets her go.
She stops somewhere to buy a new car and she continues on her journey, it gets dark and she must stop somewhere for the night. She goes to Bates Motel where she finds a son (Norman) who tells of how his mother is so protective. Later, she hears an argument between the son and her mother. She leaves to take a shower and while in the bathroom, a shadow of a woman comes in and stabs her while Norman watches through a hole
Movie: Princess Mononoke (1997) An Emishi village is attacked by a demon and the last Emishi prince Ashitaka stands up against it before it reaches the village and kills it during a severe battle. Though he manages to kill it, he won’t survive its curse as it affects his hand. The curse eventually gives him power, but this power will later on claim his life.
A wise woman then tells Ashitaka about a solution he would get from the Western lands where Nago came from, but he must not return to the village.
Ashitaka sets out to look for a cure that would spare his life and as he moves on, he meets a wandering monk (Jiko-bo), who tells him that he will find help from the Great Forest Spirit, a Kirin-like creature during the day and a giant Nightwalker during the night. As Ashitaka seeks for a cure in the Great Forest Spirit, he faces a great challenge that involves humans, wolves, gods, and all sorts of evil powers in the forest. We are left to question of his survival
Princess Mononoke (1997)
Movie:Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975) In 932 AD, King Arthur and his high official Patsy embark on an adventure in England of finding men who will join the Knights at a Round Table. When Arthur stops at a certain castle, he encounters guards who include him into a certain conversation about Europe and Africa. He is made to leave meeting a knight who won’t let him pass. They fight and the fight is declared a draw at the end.
From there, the villagers captured a witch. Sir Bedevere put the woman on a test in which she is confirmed to be a witch. Arthur names Sir Bedevere a knight and as they are still there, they are joined by other fellows.
Arthur gives a negative response about performance and after that, they all hear the voice of God instructing them to seek the Holy Grail. They begin their quest for the Holy Grail meeting many obstacles and perils that are sometimes funny. They are also challenged in many stupid battles and each must answer a given question to get a gate pass during their journey.
