At least we all had what to watch on the weekend as a wide range of films with of course different genres were released back to back while others (earlier released) were still showing in the theatres. and one also had an option to watch his or her favorite movies online.

Fifty Shades Freed (2018)

Released on 9th February 2018, the last installment of the Fifty Shades trilogy tops the list with $141.8 million worldwide against a budget of $55 million. The film first had its premiere in France and at least $50 million had been collected up to 9th February. With Michael De Luca, E. L. James, Dana Brunetti, and Marcus Viscidi as the producers, the film wrapped up the trilogy in an amazing style so far peaking more than $1093.9. The Universal Picture’s erotic drama and romantic film is still being released with its box office expected to surpass many expectations.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure (2018)

Earlier released on 26 January 2018, the film currently weighs $230.4 million with a budget of $62 million. Directed by Wes Ball with Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, Joe Hartwick, Jr., Wes Ball, and Lee Stollman as the producers, the film ended up in the second place after Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. The film generally received positive reviews with most of the cash coming in from worldwide theatres.

The 15:17 to Paris (2018)

The 15:17 to Paris” was first released on 7th February, but mostly rocked the worldwide theatre on 9th February. The film has so far lasted for only a week and totals up to $20.9 million against a budget of $30 million. Based on real events of the would-be been terrible attack in France, the film received mixed critics, but it’s realistic depiction of the events still captures the hearts of millions.

Peter Rabbit (2018)

It was released on February 9, 2018, and has so far grossed $26.5 million against a budget of $50 million. The animated and adventure film appeals to a wide range of fans with most especially its theatrical release poster showcasing a rabbit with carrots. Well, it served well for children and it is also expected to earn more with its release dates extending up to 13 April.

Winchester (2018)

Based on a real-life tale, of the Winchester mansion, a house that was built by ghosts, it pleased many to hear about the grand project of filming the horrible events that currently remain history, attracting multiple tourists to the Winchester mansion. With only weeks in the cinemas, the film has grossed $17.2 million against a budget that isn’t yet disclosed. The supernatural horror film was directed by The Spierig Brothers and produced by Tim McGahan and Brett Tomberlin.

Den of Thieves (2018)

Starring Gerard Butler, 50 Cent, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Pablo Schreiber, and Evan Jones, “Den of Thieves” is so far the best heist films of 2018 depicting a gritty L.A crime saga that follows the lives of an intelligent unit (LA County Sheriff’s Dept) and the most successful bank robbery team. Gerard Butler acting as ‘Big Nick’O’Brien leads his squad to put down the dangerous crew as they head for a robbery. The film has so far grossed $57.3 million against a budget of $30 million.

The Post (2018)

Although earlier released in January, “The Post” still remains as one of the most successful historical drama films of 2018. Produced by Steven Spielberg, the film narrates one of the most interesting drama in US’ politics pioneered by Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep. With a budget of only $50 million, the film has grossed $123.9 million. Critics praised the main characters’ performance earning various nominations at the 75th Golden Globe Awards.

The Shape of Water (2018)

It is one of the best romance and drama film so far with numerous nominations at the 75th Golden Globe Awards. Generally released on 14 February, the film has so far earned $74.7 million with a budget of $19.5 million.
