Everything, Everything (2017)
Everything, Everything (2017)

Based on the novel of the same name by Nicola Yoon, Everything, Everything movie will take your breath away. It is a drama and romance movie that stars Amandla Stenberg (Hunger Games) and Nick Robinson (Jurrasic World) as the leading characters. The movie follows a 17-year old girl Madeline Whittier (Amandla Stenberg) who has a rare disease that causes her to stay indoors for the full day with her filtered air. Her life revolves around books, her mother, and a nurse. One day, a moving truck pulls in next door and sees Olly Bright (Nick Robinson) who is the new neighbor. They eventually get to know each other through emails and the more they get to know each other is the more they fall in love.

Everything, Everything is directed by Stella Meghie a Canadian film director and screenwriter is known for Jean of the Joneses (2016). The movie is written by J. Mills Goodloe (screenplay) and it is to be released by Warner Bros. pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures.

It is also produced by Alloy Entertainment, Victor Ho, Elysa Duton, and Leslie Morgenstein.

The trailer is absolutely on point and creates a desire for the movie there and then. I would say “yes” the film is a good extract of the novel and it will do more good than expected. The novel built a good foundation for the movie, but it looks like the movie is one of a kind that will be talked about more than the book. Everything, Everything makes feel you are in the real world of love and fantasy and that it is actually happening yet it is on screen.

Everything, Everything will be released on 19 May 2017
